Always answers questions I have and giving suggestions on how to improve my form and movement while working out. I'm so pleased to have worked with Brian as a result of my work related injury. This was my first experience receiving physical therapy and at first, I was a bit skeptical that it would really make much difference. Under Brian's care, I emerged far stronger and more flexible than before. I now have what I need to perform my work duties and other physical tasks with greater awareness of my movements and abilities. I have continued to utilize the skills and understanding I gained during our sessions. I highly recommend Brian for his expertise, patience and professionalism.

At first, I was very leery, because he looked so young.... However, when I left his office( after hobbling in from pain), I not only left walking straight and totally upright, but he said I was walking faster than him. Now that's remarkable! I was referred to Brian by my best friend after I told her about my persistent knee pains from working out. I started weightlifting more often and was going up on my weight so I thought it would eventually go away after my body got used to it, but after a few weeks it was starting to affect my daily life and mobility. I was hesitant to write a review because this was my first time going to a physical therapist and I wasn't sure if his tips would work, but I can't recommend him enough! From the very first session, he was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. Brian took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly assessed my condition, and developed a personalized treatment plan that made a noticeable difference in just a few weeks. I have been doing the exercises he taught me before my workouts for the past couple of months and I am moving with much more ease. If you're dealing with any joint pain or physical challenges, you need definitely to pay him a visit. You'll be in great hands!
